Who Carries the Project Through Commissioning
A large commercial and industrial project is not handed over when the containers arrive. Grid code compliance testing, protection coordination, control tuning against the site's actual load and integration with existing switchgear all happen afterwards, and they consume more elapsed time than most programmes allow.

Reading the Warranty Structure Properly
Two limits bind simultaneously, and a project cycling daily reaches the throughput limit long before the calendar one. MPMC also states a validity condition on battery performance: battery box operating temperature maintained at 0°C to 25°C with a ±3°C tolerance and humidity at or below 80%.
That condition is a design obligation for the enclosure and its cooling rather than a commercial footnote, particularly at a hot site, and it should be reviewed alongside the thermal design. Sizing should also be checked against end-of-life capacity rather than first-year capacity.
Programme Risk on a Multi-Unit Delivery
At this scale the order is a programme rather than a purchase. Units are needed in commissioning order rather than production order, and containers arriving faster than they can be energised occupy laydown area and accrue storage risk on a site that may have little room for it.
Two commercial points follow. The delivery schedule should be tied to the commissioning plan rather than to production convenience, and acceptable substitution criteria for later phases — equivalent rating, same cell type, same control configuration — should be recorded in the contract so that each release does not reopen the specification.
